Jiuta sokyoku artist. He was blind. His childhood name was Hansaburo. He entered Kumamoto's Yukinoto (Osaka school Kyushu system Terasaki inspection school system) at the age of six. He was named Teruka, and he studied under the former Sudare-no-to, and at the age of 17, he changed his name to Sudare-no-to . He was 21 years old and he studied under Kurume's Miyazaki Betto ( a high-ranking younger brother of the Ishizuka Kengyō school) . He goes to betto and he is named Koukito. He has been independent in Kumamoto since 1877 and is known as a master of the Sanxian. He moved to Tokyo and introduced Kyushu Jiuta to Tokyo for the first time. He tried to remodel the sanxian and plectrum, and devise a body hanging, and the plectrum is called Kyushu plectrum. There are Riko Kawase and Eika Fukuda under his control, and it is said that most of the local songs in Tokyo are of Kyushu origin.
