This is a Modern Honkyoku piece in the Shin Shakuhachi Gaku style from the Azuma Ryű school . Yugure Gensokyoku (Rando) is also known as: Dusk Fantasy. This piece was composed for shakuhachi by Fukuda Rando in 1929 .
